Hotel Booking Cancellations

  • All hotel bookings made through Prompgeek are subject to the cancellation policies set by the respective hotel or service provider.

  • The cancellation policy may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to the specific hotel’s cancellation terms mentioned during the booking process.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or may have a deadline for free cancellation. After that period, cancellation charges may apply.

Cancellation Procedure

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at info@prompgeek.com or use the cancellation option in your booking confirmation email.

  • Include your booking ID, registered email, and full name while requesting a cancellation.

  • Cancellations will be processed only during working hours and days (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the hotel or service provider’s terms and conditions.

  • Once the cancellation is approved, the refund (after deduction of applicable cancellation fees, if any) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Prompgeek is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party services.

No-Show Policy

  • In case of a no-show (where the guest does not check-in without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued unless stated otherwise in the hotel’s policy.
